We are looking for:
- 2 superstars that are available to work Monday, Friday and Weekends
- You must be able to commit to the first two weeks for training from your start date
About the role:
Join our dynamic Reception and Concierge team, where you'll greet customers, address inquiries, and ensure a caring and professional experience. Key duties include:
- Identity and security checks
- EFTPOS payments
- Confirming documentation completion
- Guiding customers through the visa medical examination process
As our successful Receptionists you will be:
- Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
- Show strong attention to detail skills
- Be effective in showcasing your communication skills
- Be proficient in IT and MS functions
- Be able to adhere to processes and procedures
- Be able to pass a background check which includes an entitlement to work, a federal police check, a working with children check and 2 references
