We are looking for:

• 2 superstars that are available to work Monday, Friday and Weekends
• You must be able to commit to the first two weeks for training from your start date 

About the role:

Join our dynamic Reception and Concierge team, where you'll greet customers, address inquiries, and ensure a caring and professional experience. Key duties include:

• Identity and security checks
• EFTPOS payments
• Confirming documentation completion
• Guiding customers through the visa medical examination process

As our successful Receptionists you will be:

• Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
• Show strong attention to detail skills
• Be effective in showcasing your communication skills
• Be proficient in IT and MS functions
• Be able to adhere to processes and procedures
• Be able to pass a background check which includes an entitlement to work, a federal police check, a working with children check and 2 references
